Required products :
400 grams low-fat or skim cottage cheese a
handful of walnuts
8 pitted prunes
4 teaspoons cranberry jam (or use fresh, sprinkled with sugar and mashed)
2 teaspoons honey
Method of preparation :
Put the curd in a bowl and mash with a fork. Then add the crushed walnuts, finely chopped prunes and cranberry jam (or fresh fruit, mashed with sugar). Sweeten with 2 teaspoons of honey and stir.
The dish is ready. You can serve it as breakfast. It turns out very tasty, in addition, the offer is healthy and filling. An option is to serve as a dessert.
