Method of preparation :
Pour boiling water over the couscous and leave for 30 minutes.
Pass the curd twice through a sieve, then add 2-3 tablespoons of honey (depending on how dry the curd is).
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt.
Drain the couscous liquid and mix it with the egg and butter.
Distribute half of the combination in a greased pan with a diameter of 20-22 centimeters.
On this layer make one of the curd and then a third of the remaining couscous.
Level the surface well and bake the dessert for 15-18 minutes at 200 degrees.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix the remaining honey with 100-150 milliliters of water and boil the syrup (on low heat) for 4-5 minutes. Add the cinnamon.
When you remove from the heat, wait for the sweetness to cool and pour it over the dessert. Sprinkle with roasted almond leaves and serve after about an hour.
