Required products :
250 grams of couscous
400 grams of tomatoes
1 carrot (about 130 grams)
1 onion (about 80 grams)
1 tablespoon dried mint
3 cloves garlic
1.5 liters of water

Method of preparation :
Peel carrots and onions, grate carrots, cut onions into small cubes.
Heat a little oil in a saucepan and fry the two vegetables in it until soft.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, peel the garlic and chop finely. Pour them into the bowl with the other products, then add the couscous. Add salt and water. Put the mint and let everything boil over high heat. Then reduce the heat, close the pot with a lid and let the soup cook for 15 minutes.
