Necessary products:

1 tsp couscous

1 bunch green onions

1 bunch of dill

1 bunch parsley

1 link coriander

5 tablespoons oil

lemon juice

almonds

olives

Method of preparation:

Pour boiling water over the couscous and leave to soften. Wash the green spices and chop them finely. Grind (or cut) the almonds and fry in oil until golden. Drain the fat and add them to the greens. Pour half of the couscous into a suitable dish, flatten, distribute the spice filling evenly and place the remaining couscous on top. Garnish with olives and parsley, season with lemon juice. The result is a beautiful and delicious salad, you can also serve it as a side dish to lean main dishes.
