Required products :
300 grams of couscous
170 grams of cheese of your choice (can Tofu)
1 teaspoon orange peel
2 teaspoons orange juice
1 teaspoon red grapes
150 grams light raisins
1 orange
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation :
Mix the butter with the grated orange peel in a saucepan.
Add a pinch of salt and pour the citrus juice.
Stir and put the pan on low heat.
Once the mixture boils, pour the couscous and stir and a minute later remove from heat.
Stir again, close with a lid and let the porridge stand for 5-10 minutes.
Then transfer to a deep salad bowl, add the grapes (if they are large, you can cut in half).
Cheese cubes.
Raisins.
Peeled and sliced orange.
Mix everything thoroughly and you can serve the dish as a breakfast or side dish.
