Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon couscous
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 stalks of leek (only the green part) cut into circles
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/3 tea cup roasted pine nuts
  • 6 thinly sliced ​​radishes

Method of preparation :

Boil the couscous and season it with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of olive oil
