Boil the couscous and season it with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Heat the remaining fat in a pan. Fry the leeks seasoned with salt and pepper, stirring occasionally. After 6-8 minutes, add the peas (defrost it beforehand) and cook until warm.
Add leeks, nuts and radishes to the cooked couscous. Stir and serve.
