Method of preparation:
In a small saucepan with boiling water, pour the cinnamon, cumin, honey and lemon juice. Put the couscous in a large bowl, fill it with boiling water and cook for 10 minutes under a tightly closed lid.
Then heat the butter and put the diced vegetables and grapes in it. Fry them for 5-10 minutes until soft. Add the prepared couscous, seasoned with spices and mix gently.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with coriander (finely chopped) and serve as a side dish.
