Necessary products

  • 3/4 teaspoon couscous
  • 300 grams of zucchini, cut into sticks
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced ​​and divided into circles
  • 1 teaspoon halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 1/4  tea cup chicken broth
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4  teaspoon salt
 

Method of preparation

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Fry the onion and garlic inside for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour the chicken broth and wait until it boils.

Add the zucchini and stir. Season with thyme and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes until the zucchini are soft.

Finally, pour the cherry tomatoes and couscous, stir and remove from the heat. Cover the pan and leave for at least 5 minutes for the broth to absorb well.
