Necessary products:
1 can of crab
1 cup canned corn
1 tbsp corn flour
1 cup milk
4 cups meat broth
salt, soy sauce, chili - to taste
Method of preparation:
Mix the cornflour and milk and let it stand. Heat the broth, gradually add the milk and flour to it, stirring until it boils and be careful not to get lumps. Add the corn, crabs and cook, stirring for about 10 minutes on low heat.
Season the soup with salt and other spices, serve with soy sauce and chopped green hot peppers soaked in vinegar.
