Necessary products:

 

  • 150 grams of crab rolls
  • 4 broken eggs
  • salt, pepper
  • vegetables of your choice, finely chopped
  • finely chopped fresh onions
  • butter or olive oil for frying
  • toothpicks

 

Method of preparation:

 

Using a sharp knife, make half-cuts of the crab rolls lengthwise. Bend so that they acquire a heart shape and fasten with toothpicks. Heat a frying pan, put the rolls and in the middle of each pour a mixture of beaten eggs, vegetables, salt, pepper and green onions. Bake for 4-5 minutes on each side and arrange the hearts on a plate. Serve with love and eat.
