Do you like seafood? Crabs are extremely tasty and very useful, which is another reason to add them to your menu. Here's how to make them with a fragrant tomato sauce.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of crab
  • 4 large soft tomatoes
  • 3/4 head onion
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 4-6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • optional pinch of sugar (to regulate the acidity of tomatoes)

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until the onion becomes translucent, stirring constantly so as not to burn.

Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to the chopped tomatoes, stir and season with hot pepper.

Pour in the onion, add the wine and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often.

When the mixture boils and thickens slightly, season to taste with salt, if necessary, add sugar.

It's time to turn your attention to crabs. The first step to preparing them, if you have chosen to buy the living, is to remove and dispose of the dead. Put the rest in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
