Learn how to cook "Crab rolls with avocado and orange dressing". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 230 grams of crab rolls cut into circles
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 tea cup red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 tea cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 tea cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 stalk of green onion, finely chopped
For the dressing :
- 1 orange, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Method of preparation :
- In a large bowl, combine the crab rolls, avocado, red and green peppers, parsley and onion. Stir briefly.
- In a glass jar, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Close the cap tightly and shake vigorously.
- Sprinkle the salad with the dressing and stir briefly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Submit and enjoy.
