Required products :

  • 1 cup grated ripe mozzarella
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 60 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary

Method of preparation :

Mix the mozzarella, parmesan, cream cheese and almond flour and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. As soon as you remove the bowl from the appliance, start stirring vigorously with a fork to obtain a homogeneous mixture. If the cheeses are not melted, reheat briefly.

Allow the mixture to cool for 1-2 minutes, then add the egg, salt and chopped rosemary. Stir, but be careful not to turn out that the "dough" is too hot and cook the egg.

Spread the dough on a tray lined with paper and flatten. Cut into squares and bake for 10 minutes at 230 degrees. If your crackers are thinner, do not toast them, but shorten the cooking time.

Cool them for 5 minutes, after which you can remove them from the pan.
