Required products :

  • 4 teaspoons grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon + 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1/4 tea cup chopped peppers from a jar
  • 5 tablespoons cold butter
  • 3 tablespoons white or black sesame seeds

Method of preparation :

Combine cheese, flour, hot pepper, salt in a food processor. Add the peppers and grind the peppers with a few pulsations, your mixture should turn orange. Put the oil and make a few pulsations again (about 4-6 times). Add 2 tablespoons of water and mix in the same way to form a dough.

When you squeeze the dough between your fingers, the sieve should come out softly between them, if this does not happen, add another 1 tablespoon of water.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and form it into a roll. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on all sides. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into slices about 1 cm thick and arrange them in the pan.

Punch each pickle with a fork. Bake at 170 degrees in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.

Allow to cool in the pan, then serve.
