Required products :

  • 170 grams of hard cream cheese
  • 60 grams of parmesan
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon flour

 

Method of preparation :

Grate parmesan and cream cheese, mix them in a suitable bowl, add butter, flour and salt. Mix everything and slowly pour the cold water. Stir again.

Spread the resulting dough on plastic wrap.

 

Wrap it, forming a flat circle and put it in the fridge for an hour (you can leave it overnight).

 

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, cut it into two parts and roll each of them up to 3 mm thick. Cut the layer into strips 2.5 cm wide,

 

then once more diagonally in strips of the same size. Here are some cute triangles.

 

If you wish, you can "scratch" them with a toothpick to make them look more interesting, also shape them into squares or give them a different shape.

Arrange them tightly in the pan and bake in the preheated oven for 15 - 17 minutes. Be careful, because these crackers burn easily.

 

When baked, remove from the pan and sprinkle with a little salt. Let cool and serve.
