Required products :

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary - finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method of preparation :

Combine the flour with the ground flax, add the spices. You should put the eggs and olive oil and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and transfer to a large pan. Peel off the top sheet of baking paper and cut into squares.

Bake at 160 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Cool and then remove the crackers from the pan.

Store the crackers in a tightly closed container (box or zippered bag) and store for up to 1 week.
