Necessary products
For swamps:
2 eggs
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cherry or blackcurrant jam
1 tsp yogurt
2 tsp soda
For cream:
0.5 l sour cream
0.5 tsp sugar
For decoration:
dried (prunes, apricots or other) or candied fruit
walnuts (or other nuts of your choice)
Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs, add the sugar and beat again until completely dissolved. Add the jam and stir.
Quench the soda in the yogurt and add it to the mixture. Sift the flour and make a dough (it turns out liquid). Divide it into two parts and bake each at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Cut the prepared cooled loaves and spread them with cream (prepared by whipping the cream with the sugar, you can also add vanilla). Arrange them on top of each other. Finish the cake, spread it with cream and sprinkle with crushed nuts, dried or candied fruit.
