Necessary products

For the dough:

400 grams of flour
5 eggs
250 grams of butter
1 packet of vanilla

1 tablespoon of vinegar

100 grams of cottage cheese

For cream:

800 grams of sour cream
2/3 teaspoon sugar

1 kg of kiwi

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar.

 

Add the flour, vanilla, baking soda and beat everything thoroughly.

 

 


Cut the butter into cubes.

 

Mix with the dough.

 

 

Finally, add the cottage cheese, cream and beat once more for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

 

 

 

Bake two loaves of dough (for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees), which are then cut horizontally into two parts.
