Required products :
1.5 teaspoons sugar
3 eggs
300 grams sour cream
1.5 teaspoons flour
3 teaspoons starch
1 teaspoon baking soda
100 grams poppy
1/2 teaspoon walnuts
1/2 teaspoon raisins
For cream:
700-800 grams of sour cream
1.5 teaspoons of sugar
Method of preparation :
The cake consists of three marshes, the making of which is the same technology. The difference between them is that in the dough for one add poppy seeds, in the second mixture - raisins, and in the third - walnuts.
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add soda and cream, beat once more with a mixer. Follow the flour, starch and mix everything thoroughly.
Divide the dough into three equal parts. In one, pour the poppy, which you have previously soaked in water and drained from the liquid. In the second part put the raisins (also pre-soaked). The ground walnuts remain for the third.
Bake three loaves in a detachable form covered with parchment. The temperature should be medium.
Make a cream by whipping the sour cream with the sugar. Spread the cooled trays with it and "assemble" the cake.
Spread plenty of cream on top and sides, decorate as desired and serve.
