Required products :
300 milliliters of fresh milk
300 milliliters of vodka
200 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 20%
200 grams of sugar
50 grams of dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
vanilla to taste
Method of preparation :
Melt the sugar over low heat, pour the cream and stir until smooth.
Then add the milk, coffee, chocolate, vanilla to taste and bring the mixture to a boil.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool to about 50 degrees. Then pour the vodka and store the drink in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
The liqueur is ready.
