Necessary products:

For the cream

250 ml of fresh milk (with a fat content of 2-3%)

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp vanilla sugar

1 egg

2 egg yolks

For caramel

100 g of sugar

100 ml of water

Method of preparation:

First make the caramel, but be careful not to burn the sugar, because this will give the dessert a bitter taste. Carefully add the hot water to the caramelized sugar. Bring to a boil and bring to a boil until a thick syrup is obtained. Remove from heat.

Next is the making of the cream. Heat the milk. Mix the whole egg and yolks with the two types of sugar, do not beat, just stir. Add the hot milk, pouring in a thin stream and stirring constantly.

Grease suitable molds with butter, put caramel on the bottom of each, fill the bowl with the milk-egg mixture. Place the bowls in a large bowl of hot water so that the water reaches the middle. Place in an oven preheated to 150 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove the finished dessert from the pan, allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate to cool completely.

Before serving, use a sharp knife to separate the cream from the mold and pour it into a plate.
