How To Cook Cream Caramel With Coconut Milk And Passion Fruit - Recipe

Required products :

  • 60 milliliters of water
  • 315 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp
  • 400 milliliters of coconut milk
  • 375 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten

Method of preparation :

  • Heat the water with 200 grams of sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Increase the heat and bring the sugar syrup to a boil.
  • Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, without stirring, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the heat, add the passion fruit and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into 6 cups (160 milliliters) of caramel cream, filling 2/3 of them.
  • In a large bowl, mix the remaining sugar, eggs, coconut and milk and mix well.
  • Distribute evenly in the cups and arrange them in a tray, which is then filled with water to the middle of the walls of the molds.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Remove the cups from the pan and let them cool for 30 minutes, cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
  • Turn the caramel cream into plates and serve.
