How To Cook Cream Caramel With Pumpkin And Cheese Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Caramel cream with pumpkin and cream cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 tea cup of water
  • 400 grams of sweetened condensed milk
  • 340 grams of unsweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin puree
  • 100 grams of cream cheese, softened
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon spice for pumpkin pie
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the sugar and water and stir until the sugar begins to melt.
  • Heat them over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, without stirring.
  • Quickly pour the caramelized sugar into a round baking dish measuring approximately 23 cm and tilt it on all sides so that it is evenly distributed on the bottom.
  • Place it in a larger pan and allow the sugar to cool slightly and harden.
  • Mix the condensed milk, pumpkin puree, cream cheese, eggs and spices in a blender.
  • Close tightly, mash to a smooth consistency and pour the mixture over the caramelized sugar.
  • Fill the large tray with water to the middle of the form walls.
  • Bake the caramel cream for 40-45 minutes or until the knife comes out clean from the center.
  • Allow it to cool completely to room temperature and store in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Carefully turn the caramel cream on a tray, cut and serve.
