Required products :

3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/4 teaspoon salt
whipped cream
caramelized sugar

Method of preparation :

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, pumpkin, milk and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, cornstarch and spices, then add them to the pumpkin mixture.
Stir well until homogenous.
Caramelize sugar and cover the bottom of 4 cups of caramel cream.
Distribute the mixture in the cups and arrange them in a tray, at the bottom of which you have previously added warm water.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes or until browned.
Serve the caramel cream hot or cold, garnished with whipped cream.
