Required products :
2 eggs
150 grams of powdered sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 orange

100 grams of flour

Method of preparation :
Beat the egg whites with a little salt and lemon juice until foamy. Mix the yolks with 100 grams of powdered sugar, add the melted butter, sifted flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and lemon peel. Beat everything with a mixer.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Take a detachable form, cover it with baking paper and spray with water. Carefully pour the beaten egg whites into the mixture with the yolks and mix from the bottom up. Pour into the form and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
Beat the cream cheese with 50 grams of powdered sugar and 200 milliliters of cream. Divide the mixture into 3 parts. Peel an orange, grate it and cut it into cubes.
Add blackcurrant jam to one part of the cream cheese, stir. In the other two parts put the orange and orange jam.
Dissolve the gelatin in the remaining cream, heat, but do not allow the mixture to boil. Pour one third of it into the cream cheese with the blackcurrant and the rest into the orange cheese.
Line a detachable cake with new baking paper, place the marshmallows, spread half of the orange combination on it and put in the fridge for half an hour. Then apply the mixture with blackcurrants and return to the refrigerator for half an hour. Finally, add the remaining orange mass and return to the refrigerator for an hour.
