Learn how to cook "Cream cheese mousse with cucumber and dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 cucumber
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of sour cream
  • 3 sprigs of dill
  • 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • White bread
  • oil
  • left
  • freshly ground black pepper

For decoration:

  • dill
  • 16 large boiled shrimps

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with 3 tablespoons of water and wait 10 minutes for it to swell.

Pour the vinegar and sugar into a pan, stirring to dissolve the crystals. Add the drained gelatin and place the dish on the hob. Heat until the gelatin dissolves, without allowing the mixture to boil. Then strain it and cool.

Cut the cucumber at random, grind it in a blender, the goal is to get a "rough" puree. Add the cream cheese to it and beat for 10 seconds. Then add the cream, season and stir.

In a thin stream, pour the gelatin mass into the cream you made. Stir until smooth, add the chopped dill stalks and stir again.

Grease the inside (walls and bottom) of suitable molds (ceramic, metal or silicone) with oil, fill them with mousse and store in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Cut the bread into thin slices, from them cut circles with a diameter slightly larger than that of the dishes you use. Bake them until golden in a pan or oven, leave to cool.

When you remove the mousse from the refrigerator, pass a thin knife between the walls of the molds and the cream, then carefully turn the contents into a plate. Using a wide knife or a thin spatula, put each of the portions of mousse on a toasted circle of bread, garnish with shrimp and dill.

Enjoy your meal!
