Heat the walnut oil in a deep frying pan, pour in the green onions and garlic, cook for about a minute, stirring. Then add the mushrooms, close the pan with a lid and leave on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Once the mushrooms soften, pour the spinach over them, and a few minutes later - the cream cheese. Stir.
Finally, pour the cream, add the pistachios and heat the sauce as much as possible, but do not let it boil.
It is a suitable addition to pasta.
