How To Cook Cream Cheese Sauce With Mushrooms And Spinach - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cream cheese sauce with mushrooms and spinach". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 3 tea cups chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 300 grams of frozen spinach (thaw it)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese with herbs and garlic and crushed pistachios (without salt)
  • 1/4 tea cup skim liquid cream
  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil
  • connection chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced


Method of preparation :

Heat the walnut oil in a deep frying pan, pour in the green onions and garlic, cook for about a minute, stirring. Then add the mushrooms, close the pan with a lid and leave on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Once the mushrooms soften, pour the spinach over them, and a few minutes later - the cream cheese. Stir.

Finally, pour the cream, add the pistachios and heat the sauce as much as possible, but do not let it boil.

It is a suitable addition to pasta.
