Required products :
150 milliliters of whipping cream
2 teaspoons of instant coffee
1 teaspoon sugar
1 egg yolk
75 grams of white chocolate
Method of preparation :
Heat half the cream over medium heat, not allowing it to boil. Break the chocolate, beat the yolk together with the sugar and coffee. It is best to use coffee powder, and if it is granulated, first dissolve in 1 teaspoon of hot water, cool and then add to the yolk.
Mix the yolk with the cream and put on low heat until the consistency thickens. Put the chocolate. You can remove from the heat and stir until it dissolves.
Beat the remaining cream until "hard peaks". Add in portions to the cooled cream. The mixture may be slightly liquid, but when stored in the refrigerator, it will thicken.
Distribute the dessert in suitable bowls or cups and refrigerate for about 5 hours or overnight.
Before serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate and whipped cream.
