Required products :

500 grams of corn (frozen or canned)

2 large potatoes

1 large onion

1 tablespoon butter

50 grams of cheese (you can also use feta)

4 teaspoons vegetable broth

1/4 tea cup sour cream

3 tablespoons oil

1 sweet green pepper

1 tablespoon dry white wine

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion and chop finely. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes. Melt the butter in a suitable pan and fry the onion in it until golden brown. Then add the potatoes, stir, pour the hot broth and bring to a boil. Pour the corn and let the soup boil until the products soften. When it cools down a bit, make a puree (you can use a blender). Then warm slightly and season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.

Make the sauce. To do this, cut the pepper into pieces and remove the seeds. Put in a saucepan, pour 1 tablespoon of oil, wine and stew. Wait for the mixture to cool and add the remaining fat, grated cheese, cream and basil.

Pour the hot soup into a suitable bowl, pour over the cheese sauce and mix gently.
