Put crushed biscuits in dessert cups. Beat the egg whites with the sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of caramel. Distribute in cups and sprinkle with croquettes. Add sliced bananas and whip the cream.
Garnish the desserts with it, garnish with a slice of fruit and crispy nuts. Make the other creams in the same way and glaze with caramel topping. Serve chilled and enjoy.
