Required products :
 
300 grams of seasonal fruit (in this case raspberries are used)
50 grams of sugar
rum extract to taste
200 grams of cottage cheese
100 grams of cane sugar
300 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream (33%)
30 grams of grated chocolate for decoration
 
 
Method of preparation :
 
Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and add rum essence. Grind with a blender until smooth.
 
Pass the curd through a sieve, add sugar and 150 milliliters of liquid cream. Beat again with a blender. A cream will be obtained.
 
Whip the remaining cream and mix it with the curd cream. You should "assemble" the dessert in suitable bowls or cups.
 
Alternate the fruit puree with the cream until the quantities are exhausted. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and put the dessert in the fridge for a while to cool.
