How To Cook Cream-dessert With Gelatin, Bananas And Chocolate - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of sour cream
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 25 grams of chocolate
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 sachet of gelatin

 

Method of preparation :

Pour hot water over the gelatin, stir until dissolved and allow to cool, stirring several times in the meantime.

Then mix the sugar with the cream (at room temperature) and beat in a blender. Add gelatin, beat again.

Cut the peeled bananas into large pieces and divide into dessert bowls. Pour the cream over them and refrigerate for a few hours.

Sprinkle with grated chocolate before serving.
