Dissolve the pudding and sugar in half of the milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and add the already dissolved powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly (the cream should thicken). If lumps form, beat them with a mixer. Add the yolk and stir quickly. Let the mixture cool.
Meanwhile, beat the cream, add the yoghurt and mascarpone, beat again. If you prefer the dessert to be sweeter, add sugar or you can decorate with strawberry syrup, for example, which will give more sweetness.
Take a suitable glass or bowl, put pudding on the bottom, pitted cherries (or the fruit of your choice) on top and mascarpone cream on top. Refrigerate the dessert for 1 hour.
You get about 4 cups, it depends on their size, of course.
