  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 200 milliliters of sugar-free cream
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • juice of one orange
  • ampoule of almond essence

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the milk, cream, sugar, egg yolks, flour, vanilla, almond essence and orange juice in a saucepan. Stir until smooth and heat the hob.

Cook the sauce over low heat, and after boiling, stir constantly until thickened. Cool and garnish your desserts, pastries or cakes.
