Learn how to cook "Cream ice cream with bananas, walnuts and chocolate". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
600 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 33%
120 grams of granulated sugar
6 egg yolks
3 large bananas
180 grams of walnuts
120 grams of chocolate
Preparation :
Beat the yolks with the sugar until smooth. Then pour the cream and beat again.
Put the dish on a water bath over medium heat. Heat the egg mixture, stirring constantly, but do not bring to a boil. If it comes to a boil, remove the pan briefly from the hob, then place again and reduce the temperature. The goal is to thicken the combination. When this happens, remove completely from the heat and put in a saucepan with cold water, stirring for a few minutes.
Peel bananas, cut them into small pieces, and you can mash some of them if you wish.
Cut the walnuts as well, grate the chocolate.
Add all the products to the cream base and mix thoroughly (you can use a mixer).
When the mixture has cooled, transfer to a suitable container and store in the freezer to freeze.
Stir every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours.
