Required products :
180 grams of cottage cheese (fat content 18-20%)
20 grams of powdered sugar
120 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 35%
3 grams of vanilla extract
100 grams of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
50 grams of cocoa butter
15 grams of condensed milk
fresh mint leaves for decoration
Method of preparation :
Mix the curd with the powdered sugar, cream and vanilla extract. You can pass the combination through a sieve to get a softer texture.
Then spread in silicone ice cream molds, put chopsticks to make it more convenient to eat dessert later, and freeze.
Melt the chocolate and cocoa butter separately in a water bath, mix them.
When you take the frozen mass out of the freezer, pour or dip in the finished glaze and decorate with condensed milk.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
