Method of preparation :
In a saucepan (medium size) pour the cream and milk, sweeten with sugar and add a pinch of salt.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, add about 3 tablespoons of Matcha green tea. Stir without stopping until the liquid foams, but do not allow to boil.
Then remove the pan from the heat and transfer its contents to a bowl, which you place in another container with ice water.
When the mixture has cooled, cover the bowl with foil (plastic wrap) and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Take out the cooled milk-cream combination and beat it together with the peeled bananas for 20-25 minutes.
You can now transfer to an airtight container, which you place in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
