Pour the cream into the bowl of a blender and beat on high speed until you get the consistency of liquid sour cream. Then add the condensed milk, vanilla sugar and beat again.
It's time for the chocolate, which you can grate or cut into very small pieces. Stir and transfer the mixture to a suitable container for freezing, which is placed in the freezer for 4-5 hours (during this time, stir several times).
Serve the finished ice cream with caramel sauce.
If you wish, you could serve the sweetness in waffle cones.
