Required products :

  • 500 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 20 grams of gelatin
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 160 milliliters of water
  • 1 apple

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the gelatin into the water and leave for half an hour to swell, then dissolve in a water bath.

Mix it with cream and sugar. To the resulting combination add the apple, pre-peeled and cut into small cubes.

Stir and distribute the mixture into molds (you can use dessert bowls, cups or buckets of sour cream, for example).

Put the dessert in the refrigerator for about 4 hours and then enjoy it.

Instead of apples you can use any other fruit of your choice. In case you are on a diet, the option is to skip the sugar in the recipe, as well as replace the cream with natural yogurt.
