Necessary products:

500 g sour cream

1 tsp sugar

3 tbsp gelatin

1 - 2 bananas

blackcurrants or berries of your choice and as much as you want

Method of preparation:

Pour gelatin with half a glass of cold water and leave for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream with the sugar. When the gelatin swells, put it on low heat and wait for it to heat up, stirring constantly, but do not let it boil. Then allow to cool to a "warm" state. Peel and slice the bananas as you wish, clean the other fruits. When the gelatin is ready, add it to the cream, pouring it in a thin stream and stirring constantly. Add the fruit to the mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until completely firm. If you use silicone molds, you will not have a problem with removing the jelly from them. But if you have metal, you will need to briefly immerse the dishes in hot water and their contents will easily separate from them. Pour the dessert into a plate and serve. You can decorate with fruit.
