How To Cook Cream Of Broccoli Soup With Melted Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 450 grams of broccoli
  • 2.5 teaspoons of fresh milk (fat content 2%)
  • 1/4 tea cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 230 grams of melted cheese
  • oil to taste

Method of preparation:

Put a little oil in a saucepan, heat over medium heat. Pour the finely chopped onion and garlic, stew until soft (about 3 minutes). Then pour the broth, add the broccoli and bring to a boil. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.

Mix the milk and flour in a bowl, add the combination to the soup and stir for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly. Put black pepper and remove from the heat.

Add the melted cheese and stir until completely melted. Transfer 1/3 or 1/2 of the soup to the blender bowl and puree. Then return to the pan. You can now distribute the dish in suitable bowls or plates and serve.
