How To Cook Cream Of Broccoli Soup With Melted Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

350 milliliters of vegetable broth
600 - 700 grams of broccoli
1 large onion
1/2 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon butter
2 teaspoons fresh milk
2 teaspoons (topped) grated melted cheese
pinch white pepper
sweet pepper for decoration

Preparation :
Cut the broccoli into large pieces, onion - into large cubes. Steam the broccoli (about 10 minutes). Fry onions in oil over medium heat until transparent. Then add the flour, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Stir, pour in the milk and simmer over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
