Required products :
500 milliliters of coconut milk (can be replaced with almond, soy or plain homemade whole cow's milk)
3 large heads of broccoli
1 onion
1 small green hot pepper
2 pieces of salmon fillet
2 lime
feathers green onion
2 cloves garlic
4.5 teaspoons water
1 large head of cauliflower
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into inflorescences and fry them on low heat for about 15 minutes. Then add the finely chopped green and old onions, peppers, limes, garlic and let them all cook for about 5-7 minutes. Then pour the coconut milk and wait for the mixture to boil on low heat.
Season to taste and stir. Transfer the mixture to a blender bowl and grind to a puree, which you return to the pan. Pour the water and let the soup simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, grill the salmon fillets on a grill pan until done.
Distribute the cream soup in suitable bowls or plates, place the fillet on top and decorate as desired.
