How To Cook Cream Of Carrot Soup With Parsley And Garlic - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 1 kg of carrots
  • chicken broth
  • 2 onions
  • about 7 cm ginger root
  • 50 g of parsley
  • left
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • garlic

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the carrots, onion, ginger, garlic and parsley. Put the broth on the stove, add the carrots and let them boil. Stew the garlic and parsley in a little olive oil for about 5 minutes, then grind with a blender, add a little more olive oil and salt. When the carrots are cooked, add onions and ginger to them, cook for a while. Once everything is ready, grind with a blender. Pour the soup into a plate and serve with parsley and garlic sauce.
