Required products :

  • 2/3 tea cup of porridge
  • 5 teaspoons vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 350 grams of broccoli
  • salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Method of preparation :

Put the nuts and 1 tea cup of the vegetable broth in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Put onions, potatoes, carrots and other liquid in a saucepan and heat. Once the liquid boils, put a lid on and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

Add the broccoli and spices.

You should put the ground cashews and cook for 10 minutes without covering the dish.

Finally, mash the whole soup and serve, garnishing it as desired - with lemon peel, hot pepper flakes and basil.
