Required products :

  • 500 grams of canned corn
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small piece of celery root
  • 1.5 cups of fresh milk
  • 2 teaspoons water or broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt and spices to taste
  • oil

Method of preparation :

Cut onions, celery and carrots grate on a coarse grater. Fry the vegetables in oil until soft. Then add the flour and mix.

 

Bring the water or broth to a boil. Pour the porridge into the pan, pour 1 cup of milk, add the tomato puree. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

 

Pour the corn and cook for another 10 minutes.

 

Mix the yolk with the rest of the milk and slowly pour into the soup. Heat it, but do not let it boil and remove from the heat.

 

Add salt and spices (parsley, tarragon).
