Necessary products:

  • 2 peeled cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • salt, pepper
  • juice of half a lemon
  • croutons for decoration
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation:

Grate the cucumbers on a grater and put them in a blender together with the drained water. Add cream, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Beat until smooth, pour into bowls and cool. Serve the soup cold, garnished with baked croutons and parmesan.
