Necessary products:

  • 1 kg of cucumbers
  • 500 grams of yogurt
  • 250 milliliters of cream (low fat)
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Peel the cucumbers and cut them into a deep bowl. Add yogurt, garlic, vinegar and grated lemon peel. Mash everything until you get a thick homogeneous mixture with a nice greenish tinge. Then add the cream and stir with a wire whisk. Season to taste.
