Learn how to cook "Cream of minced meat and potatoes with yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 300 grams of minced meat
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 celery root
  • connection dill
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 liters of water
  • salt and pepper to taste

For crispy croutons:

  • White bread
  • butter
  • spices on request

Method of preparation :

Cut the potatoes, one onion and celery root into large pieces.

Pour the oil into a saucepan, heat it and fry the minced meat in it for 5 minutes. Then add the onion and celery, and after another 5 minutes pour the hot water.

Once the liquid boils, add the potatoes and let them cook until cooked through (about 20 minutes).

Season the soup and puree it. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and stir.

Place the dish on the stove and bring the dish to a boil so that the yellow cheese melts. Once this is done, remove the soup from the heat.

Cut the second onion into circles, roll them in flour and fry until golden in hot oil.

Make the croutons by cutting the bread into small cubes and frying them in butter.

Divide the cream soup into bowls and serve with the golden onion rings, the crispy bread cubes and the finely chopped dill.

Have a good time!
