Required products :

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 7-8 stalks of celery, chopped in bulk
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 teaspoons water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken dry broth
  • 1 teaspoon crushed seeds

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter and sauté the celery, potatoes and onions until soft - about 4-5 minutes. Add the water, chicken broth (optionally replace the liquid with 3 teaspoons of homemade chicken broth) and cook until cooked through, about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with celery seeds and blend to obtain a puree. Add more liquid if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
